Sly Gin - London Dry - 43% abv
Aroma:
Full rich spruce like juniper with deep complex herbal and spicy notes.
Taste:
This 43% abv London Dry is an incredibly smooth classic juniper led gin.
The first taste of juniper gives way to complex herbal mid tones of lavender and bay seasoned with rosemary and sweet spice.
Aftertaste:
A long lingering herbal / citrus finish of lemon thyme and grapefruit.
Serve:
Sly Gin Original works well as a sipping gin served over ice.
This is a full flavoured gin which stands up to tonic well. Serve with tonic garnished with a segment of lemon and, if available, a sprig of lemon thyme or rosemary.

Sly Gin - Lemon Verbena - 43% abv
Aroma:
A unique blend of soft rounded juniper combined with sherbet lemon.
Taste:
A signature botanical gin that remains true to its London Dry style. The first taste is of soft juniper but quickly followed by the delicate herbal complexity of lemon verbena combined with the citrusy notes of coriander seed and sweet orange peel.
Aftertaste:
The flavours linger in the mouth giving a long, almost creamy, sherbet lemon finish.
Serve:
Serve in a gin and tonic garnished with a segment of orange or on a hot summer’s day garnished with quartered fresh strawberries.
Sly Gin - Pink Grapefruit - 43% abv
Aroma:
Soft juniper highlighted with bright citrus and grapefruit
Taste:
Juniper evident from the first sip, this delicate pink grapefruit is complemented by Madagascan vanilla.
With the addition of a tonic the flavour explodes to create a refreshing citrus burst with tantalising hints of black pepper.
Aftertaste:
The bright citrus and delicate grapefruit finish remains on the palate waiting for the next refreshing sip..
Serve:
Serve with a light tonic with a twist of grapefruit peel.
It also makes a stunning negroni!
